	Jennifer Clement Paralegal Jennifer received her B.A. in Finance from San Diego State University. With a background in banking, her focus since 2012 at AEL has been trust and probate administration. She loves her chickens and dogs. On weekends you’ll find her collecting eggs and working her garden. She and her husband have two children, both college students.
	Terri Neal Client Relations Manager Since 2014, Terri’s primary focus at AEL is client care. She assists the team in organizing and scheduling, greeting and directing office traffic. Married for more than forty years, she has two grown daughters and five grandchildren. She enjoys camping in the RV, working her garden and caring for her pets.
	Annika Hans Case Manager Annika joined our team in 2018. She is our Fiduciary and Trust Administration assistant, and assists with fiduciary accountings. She was born in Escondido, and raised in Fallbrook where she still lives now with her toddler. She spends her weekends with her home packed with family and friends, and finding local parks and hiking spots with her son.
	Cecilia Soliz Drafting Assistant Cecilia has been with Anderson Estate Law since June 2022, and is the drafting Assistant handling all client correspondence for establishing and updating Living Trusts and Wills. Cecilia grew up in Escondido and in her free time enjoys spending time with her two daughters and exercising. Cecilia is bilingual in English and Spanish, and assists in serving our Spanish speaking clients.
