Cale D. Beck, Esq. has been working at Anderson Estate Law since December 2001. He actively consults with clients about their estate planning needs, assists clients with post-death administration of their loved one’s trusts and estates.
Jennifer Clement
Paralegal & Trust Administrator
Jennifer holds a B.A. in Finance from SDSU and brings a wealth of experience to our team. With a successful track record as a financial service manager working in banking for 10 years, she transitioned her expertise to focus on trust and probate administration at our office in 2012. Beyond her financial acumen, she has a passion for nurturing her chickens, cats, and dogs, and tending to her garden. Jennifer and her husband are proud parents of two college students.

Legal Administrative Assistant
Terri has been an essential part of the team since 2014. Terri provides administrative
support to our team and ensures the office runs smoothly. Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments and managing attorneys’ calendars, with emphasis on
cultivating positive client relations.
Annika Hans
Fiduciary Case Manager
Annika has been an integral member of our team since 2018. Her primary responsibility lies in the management of cases where Mark or Cale serve as Fiduciary Trustee. She also assists with the Trust Administration and Fiduciary Accounting departments. She is a devoted mother to a preschool-aged boy, with whom she spends the majority of her free time.
Cecilia Soliz
Drafting Assistant
Cecilia has been with Anderson Estate Law since June 2022, and is the drafting
Assistant handling all client correspondence for establishing and updating Living Trusts and Wills. Cecilia grew up in Escondido and in her free time enjoys spending time with her two daughters and exercising. Cecilia is bilingual in English and Spanish, and assists in serving our Spanish speaking clients.
